Account details including your registered mobile number and email address must remain current. You are responsible for updating these if they change. 99abcom uses these details for security verification and important communications — outdated contact details can delay withdrawals or create access problems.
All transactions on 99abcom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion requirements. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, interbank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts — high-value withdrawals at VIP tier may be subject to staggered processing schedules which your account manager will communicate to you in advance.

In-play bets already placed before an event is suspended or abandoned will be settled according to the state of play at the time of suspension, using the settlement rules specified for each market type.
The following actions are explicitly prohibited on 99abcom and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:

These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and full self-exclusion (permanent account closure with no reversal option).
Once a self-exclusion is activated on 99abcom, it cannot be reversed. The account will be permanently closed and the player will be removed from all marketing communications. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five working days.
